Sound like sinus infection?

I was cleaning some really nasty trash out of my garage around Christmas and the next day developed a horrible case of pink eye. Also had sore throat and low grade fever that they deemed were all related. Antibiotic drops cleared up the eye. Now I have been left with a fever (around 101) for three weeks. I also have an off and on sore neck and headaches. Doctor said probably sinus infection and put me on antibiotics. I have been on them for four days and nothing's changed. What do you think?
