I volunteered for a clinical trial and signed a consent form with a reputable company, but, I had a severe research related injury, I followed the instructions exactly as to the reporting of it and was taken off the test yet, NO follow up medical was done on me to help with the injuries and I have NOT recieved ANY compensation as the consent form says for over two years now I have reported this every way I can but still it appears the medical company is just too powerful and no one does anything including governments. I am in South Africa and the medical company from the United States as are their attorneys who were supposed to pay me. What have attorneys got to do with my injuries of which I still am suffering from and how can a very large company get away with this?????
