61,Female patient ,she 'd got underlying type 2DM for 10 years ago
in 3mo PTA she came to hospital with waekness of both leg ,numbness both leg too.She had urinary retention.----> I was refer to biger hospital,CT and MRI was done.The diagnosis is myelitis at T-spine area(I can't remember that) ....supportive tx with prednisolone(5) 4*3 ---> tape off prednisolone .
Today she has problem
1.paraplegia----->grade of motor is approximately grade2--->recover from grade 1 ,what is the prognosis?
2.type 2DM good control
3.Pressure ulcer----->very severe problem ---->what the proper management ?
