hi i have a wiered kinda problem really....i have always been quite quick at going to the loo after having a meal and have thought nothing of it really untill people started asking "OMG thats it thats your meal gone already!?" ...basically i thought and still think i have a fast matabalism as my dad was the same..After a meal regardless if its breakfast, lunch or dinner i go to get rid as it were in around 20-40mins after, i tried to pin point it to the type of food i ate; i ate different meals everday, alternating between ingredients which meat i had and stuff so there was nothing the same and then did a few days of doing the same foods to see if there were any changes and i still went the same. I have tried to read up on it and people with simular problems have been told its eirther IBS or diabetes im not really sure if its eirther really ....is it possible just to have a high matabalism? I asked the doctor in passing if it was anything that is to be worried about and he asked how long it had being going on and i told him that i had always been like that for as long as i could remember and my dad was the same, he then replied that it could be heridotory. My "matter" for a nice way of putting it is not always normal it can be diareah or painful to excrete at times or it takes a while but most of the time like i say its about 40mins after i eat (regardless how big or smal the meal even if its a little bowl of cereal or a cereal bar) i go to the loo.
im not quite sure if its anything to worry about really or just like i say a faster matabalism then maybe normal people have. Sometimes through its rather unconfortable as i know where ever i go to eat i'll need to be near a loo....sometimes aswell if i dont go there and then i know im in for trouble as it'll turn nasty (again to put it nicely) i also at times find that if i need the loo i know i have to rush as its imminant sorta thing and unconfortable to wait another second even if im going for a normal number 2.
