I am at my wits end with the health system i live in a remote area in australia and all the doctors here are very old fuddy-duddies. I am 28. My symptoms started 2 years ago a few months after having my 2nd baby. First my knees swoll up badly and i had very limited movement in them, this put alot of strain on my back as i had a new baby to pick up. Before this my knees were fine. Then i had swelling, pain and alot of pressure around the area of my ovaries, which i assumed was ovarian cysts but nothing showed up on the ultrasound. My immune system started to get really crap and i was picking up a new cold or tummy bug every second week. My breasts have begun to ache all the time, my body temperature has sudden fluctuations, and my skin has broken out with chronic acne for about a year. All of my joints have begun to ache every day and my right shoulder has now started to lose mobility. I have a sharp pain in my right lower abdomen but when i had ultrasound all that was there was a swollen lymph node. The lymph nodes in my neck have also swollen for the last three months. The doctor wouldn't even feel them. They keep telling me that i'm stressed or underweight. I am very happy in my life and my marriage and the only thing i am stressed about is the lack of help the doctors are giving me. I have recently put on 6 kilos with the help of chinese herbs which have improved my digestion but none of my other symptoms. I am very healthy i eat great don't smoke drink or take drugs, i have vitamins and chinese herbs everyday and acupuncture once a week. I Have also been constantly nauseous for the last 4 months. My abdomen is constantly swollen and sore. If anyone has experienced similar symptoms or has any clue what might be causing them please post. Or if anyone knows of a good doctor in Sydney, i have given up on the local ones.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
