I had a MRI taken and the findings were incorrect and said that I had mild arthritis and swelling. So every doctor that I saw for 2 years said I was faking my pain and nothing was wrong. I took the film to a surgeon who was head of Duke's Surgical Team and in one minute he diagnosed that I had labral tear, rotator cuff tear, bursitis, and some other things. What can I do for the MRI place's wrong reading that caused me financial ruin and prolonged pain. Do I have reason for medical malpractice?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
