Has anyone been told they have hypophosphatemia?

I had a parathyroidectomy in 2007 and had low phosphates then. The surgeon sais this would correct itself after the surgery............It's gotten lower. Symptoms of weakness and some myalgia. Feeling weak is the worst symptom! Can't do much some days. Working full time is coming to an end if I don't get help. Strangely when you Google the symptoms they are: 1) weakness! I also read about ileus as a symptom - being poor systemic bowel syncronization. I had brutle distention for years before my parathyroid surgery too!
Anyone have advice ...........any help?
