I believe my father is a victim of medical malpractice. The State Dept of Health has investigated and the Hospital was put on probation because of this incident and several others. However, one of the violations was in recordkeeping. Somehow the records from the day the malpractive occured are "missing" We have had an independent doctor review the case and he said it's impossible to tell exactly what occured because the nursing notes, nursing flow sheets, labs, etc. from that day and the next day are all missing. How can I find these things? The MUST exist somewhere. Also the hospital claims there were no EKGs taken during and after CABG surgery. I know this must be incorrect. Is there any way I can get a list of people working in the OR that day so that they can be interviewed? We are in Connecticut. Thank you for any help you can suggest.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
