  • Could be sleep apnea, B12 deficiency, adrenal insufficiency, sodium deficiency, potassium deficiency, malnutrition, stress, depression, blood loss, anemia, thyroid as previously mentioned, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia etc. Unfortunately there seems to be extreme fatigue with many conditions, so unless blood work included testing for mineral and vitamin deficiencies, cortisol levels and thyroid, you will not be able to eliminate these things from your symptoms.
