My old doctor thought I had borderline high blood pressure and since she noticed my swollen lower legs summized I needed bloog pressure medication. Was she way off?-YES. It turned out I was always stressed coming into a doctor office HENCE my pressure would be a bit "high" and the lower leg thing was because all I did at home was sit on the compuer 16 hours a day (simply walking more resolved that one!).

Sheesh...she could've made me very ill if I had taken that med she gave me. I know what it's like to overdosed on blood pressure medicine because a few years ago I had that happen & I was ill for 12 days, I could barely walk and my head was feeling really off like I may die or something. Thank goodness I stopped it from happening AGAIN...all I needed was to get sick again.

Thanx for reading, I had to vent my story.
