Hey you guys out there who have been diagnosed with GERD, you may but actually may not be really suffering from GERD. When I went to a gastroenterologist or that abdomen specialist my reports came out to be normal, yet he said I had GERD because I had constant burping and burps whatever. So i tried lotta things, but nothing worked. Then after doing a research for about six months, I found that my posture was bad. That's what was causing burps. Specially the scapula and the shoulders. Pull your shoulder blades together slightly so that your chest is out and your arms are in the same plane as your back. Your shoulder should be in line with your ears. No more burps, no more GERD. Good LUCK. Ifelt constrained to write this, cos I was mentally suffering when I heard the news from the doc that I had GERD. God give you all good health!
