I have been on workmans comp for a few weeks because I have developed flat feet over the 18 years I have been working as a school custodian and now have tibial tendonitis. Very painful.

They sent me to a workmans comp doctor who saw me for a whole 10 minutes and came to the conclusion that my tendonitis is due to my flat feet and is not work related, but at the same time says that I can not go back to work until the symptoms are gone. He says it could take 2 to 3 more months.

So I get no money to live on and I cant work. Any suggestions?
