Chronic Fever

I have a four year old that has been on four medications in eight weeks, in which none of them are taking care of the fever. The dr.'s are treating him for strep throat even though the cultures are negative. I feel like something more is wrong but can't get them to intensify their attitude to look for more.

  • Check your child throughly for any areas on his/her skin that look discolored or feel hot, if you find any you may want to ask the doctors to do a MRI and run blood test to check his/her white blood cell count.Has your child complained of any pain?Have they lost their appitite?Do you have alot of mold in your house that could be affecting their breathhing?Hope your baby gets better!
