back and leg pain

iv had back pain for 15 years my L4 and L5 buldging about a year ago they put me in traction when they unhooked me i could not move my spine hurt so they took me to er and did ct scan it shows mild symmetrical posterior disc bulge at L3-4 level at L4-5 there is slight more prominent bulge appers symmetrical and is creating borderline stenosis disc material bulges into the undersurface of the neural foramina bilaterally at that level slight central disc bulge at L5-s1 no bony adnormality is identified. i know cant raise my legs when laying on my back i have leg pain in my left leg i cant stand on my toes or heals im taking gabapentin 600mg 3 times a day they helped about a week i could lift my legs walk faster and stand on my toes and heels now i cant do that i walked up a hill 3 times and the last time didnt think i was gonna make it up the hill they felt really weak when i almost got to the top of the hill my bladder turns lose and i wet on myself im also taking propoxyphene 100mg 3 times a day i just had a nerve conduction test done and it turned out negitive if u can help me at all i would appreciate it
