Aniemia/ Vison Loss

Does anyone know if there is a correlation between low iron levels and loss of vision?

For about 4 months I have been constantly weak, and lightheaded. I get migrains frequently, but during this time, I felt as though my eyes we constantly messed up with the aura effects of a migraine. (By constantly I mean several times a day.)
After one incident of passing out, I noticed that my eyesight on my right eye isn't right. Its almost as if a had a cloth draped from the far right side of my eye, down and underneath my eye. If comparing to a map, it would be the East, South-East, & South regions of my vision.

When I went in to my doctor, I mentioned all of my symptoms, and everything came out fine, except my iron levels were really low. So now I take 3 doses a day.

Thanks for you comments and help.
