Hi im 19 years old and have a mild case of phimosis. It is'nt painful during intercourse and it can retract about 1/4 way down. About 2 months ago i noticed it was burning when i peed and then i seen alittle bit of discharge so i went straight to an sti clinic, I explained that i had phimosis and everything and they went ahead and took swabs, blood tests ect they said I have thrush and have me a creme to cover my head in once a day. That was two months ago and i have not been able to apply the creme AT ALL no matter how hard i tried to pull it back it just wud'nt go back fully. A couple of days ago i started getting shooting pains up one side of my head. i pulled it back as much as i cud and see that below my retractable point is pure white and that is were it hurts. I have no idea what to do, i realy realy dont want to get cirsumized. Does anyone have any sugjestions?

  • I don't know what to tell you for the right now, but for the future...YOu have a poor digestive tract. Try to stay away from refined sugars and fruit juices. Eat whole foods, except Fruit, and don't eat yeasty/ carb rich foods. Eat lots of vegies even fermented. You might try a Fungal defense supplement...Brenda Watson and Jordan Rubin--Drs of the gut advertise these. Also try probiotics. I know this is hard to do, b/c I'm trying too, but I think it will definatly help. This info was found in a book I'm reading...Patient Heal Thyself by Jordan Rubin Brenda

  • Try getting some asodophilus pills to take at a natural health food store, but make sure it comes from a health food store. Make sure you keep them in the fridgerator. Then go get some probiotics. This has helped me, it can be costly but it's worth it. The docs wont tell you about this. Just try it since nothing else is seemingly to work. You don't want that to spread into your urinary tract thats for sure. Good luck.

  • It's possible it can lead to other complications...leaky gut...which is the food you eat actually gets through your digestional tract. Here are some symtoms of leaky gut. This can then turn into food allergies. Now it is possible that you have other problems as you have mentioned in your post about the blood. That might mean something more, but then again it coulld be the foreskin too.FatigueMuscle acheAbdominal pain/distensionRaised TemperatureGeneral malaiseFood allergiesDepressionCognitive/memory problemsDysbiosis (imbalance of gut flora)Candida Poor exercise tolerance

  • I know you don't want to see your doctor, but it sounds like to me this could be urology and all possiblities need to be checked out. Don't be scared just go. Blood in semen is not normal it could be a prostrate problem. sounds like you need a different doc who will listen to you. Make sure to describe everything thats going on that way you can get properly diagnosed. If the pain is intensified you should have doc look at you. If you were on meds for thrush then maybe you've had a reaction to that med. I know some yeast infection meds for women can actually cause a bacterial infection to grow. Do you see where I'm going with this???? I'm sure it's nothing very scary, probably something simple to fix, just go. My partner had something similar going on and it was a closing sphincter in the urinary tract. They had to go in and open it up somemore and give some more antibiotics. But, it was so bad the urine was backing up through his legs. Not good. It's better to pay the money to get fixed than to sit around suffering like that. While your in there ask for a pain killer- you don't sound like your feeling well. Go get checked out. How is your partner feeling-any symptoms??? I hope you feel better.
