This may sound a little funny but It's causing me alot of discomfort. For a month now I have been feeling what I can only describe as a frustrating feeling in my penis and it's so bad it causes my penis to be in pain. Kind of like I need to ***k it off or have sex, but after doing both it dosnt help. (lol, please bear with me...I know your probably thinking Im posting this as a joke...I swear Im not.) Massaging it helps or if I try not to think about it. The most discomfort I get is when I am sitting...I do actually do alot of sitting. (I sit in front of a computer all day for work). This sensation is also accompanied by the fact that my penis is constantly trying to retract inward...(like it's going into protection mode) until I massage it a little. I have also been having burning after urination once in a while, but that could be a seperate issue...mabey a uti. Anyway, this is frustrating the ***l outta me and just want to know if anyone else has experienced this or knows what it is or how it can be cured! Please help.

  • If anyone can identify this problem please help. I have a little more information I can add to this as I am still being troubled by this problem. My urinalisis has come back negative, I have no STD's. It seems like this uncomfortable and painful at times feeling started sometime around the time that I started having muddy stools. I would push real hard to get all of it out. Im just wondering if it is possible to strain something and have it affect your genitles. I have the constant urge to stimulate myself but it only causes a 'flash' of relief. Could it be a muscle problem? something spazing in there? Part of the irritation down there has been caused by my penis wanting to retract into my body when flacid and in a sitting position. I never have relief from this irritating feeling down there. All day long I am plauged by this problem and it is causing me to be distracted at work, ect. The only time it feels almost normal is right after I get up in the morning. As soon as I get in the car though and head to work, the problem is there. I do sit alot too. I feel like my **s muscels are getting more and more sore. Could there be a problem from sitting too long throughout the day? ( I do get up often to stretch though). If anyone has any insight or information into this weird problem, please help. It's really starting to get to me, especially the thought that it is gonna always be there.

  • I have the same issue. I visited a urologist to see if I had a urinary infection and the test came back negative. He had no further insight. I went to a dermatologist and he is having me try Valtrex (for Herpes Simplex) but after a week the symptoms are the same and after looking it up on the web I'm convinced that I do not have herpes simplex. Mine is not a feeling of wanting to have sex but rather a pain, sometimes its general feeling of tingling or burning on the shaft, and some of the head. Most often its pin pointed spots around the rim of the head that hurt, I can see small bumps on the spots that hurt when they hurt. They are very tiny and are skin color. The most pain free time is when I wake up and it usually starts in when I'm sitting or driving to work.

  • It is my understanding that sitting reduces the circulation the genital areas. I was getting a weird sensation from my prostate, causing earlier ejaculations. When I started using the Aneros massager it went away, now almost a year. You may instead try lower body exercises.

Ask for the herpes 2 blood test so you won't be in denial and pass it on to a woman.

  • A couple of thoughts to rule out: A. Be sure your not pinching some kind of nerve when sitting.B. Wear loose boxers, not tight underclothing.C. Get checked for a yeast infection. (antibiotic cure it)D. Go to a urologistE. Perhaps if this is not happening in the morning that is due to the blood flow being more prominent...I would also look into the possibility of kidney stones. See if an ultrasound can be done on your kidneys and/or an mri on your pelvic area to rule out any type of growth or mass that could be causing these symptoms.F. Are you taking any kind of medications? This could be a possible side effect especially if blood pressure. My best to both of you who posted this problem. It has to be aggravating to say the least. Take care.

Please help.I am actually having the same exact problem you mentioned above and it is really scary and driving me crazy. I did have sex/oral, from someone I dont know, which is another problem. Its a day or two that I began to feel some discomfort in my penis, at the shaft and the inside tube~I do as well often feel that I want to ejaculate, which would explain why you would want to have sex. Its like the sperm is inside at all time in the middle ready to come out. And like you mentioned, I also feel all this happening few minutes after I wake up. Sometimes it hurts and at other times it doesn't. I haven't gotten myself tested yet, but I am going to soon. Until then I can say that I'm going through the same phase as you are right now. Will keep you updated,

It's really starting to get to me, especially the thought that it is gonna always be there.I previously had the same issue and it freaked me out too, but don't be worried. It can be caused by an inflamed prostate from sitting or infection. The enlarged prostate pinch nerves that go to the penis, (shaft and head) scrotum, low back, low stomach, testes and the area between your scrotum and anus. This is also often accompanied by frequent urination, weak stream (I didn't have this), and pain or burning while urinating. (I didn't have this either). Ask your physician to check your prostate. Advil will help with the inflammation.

  • GUYSS- im 16 and i am getting these pains. Does any one here suffer from a minor case of spina bifida? im 16 and i was getting this feeling. a couple years ago when i was 13 or 14 i went to the doctor complaining back pains, just a small case of spina bifida. i went to the doctor today and he told took urine test and it was all good. i also had an inflamation between the balls and anus area which has gone down a bit now. he said this is caused from the spina bifida causing the nerves to **** around and stuff, and its nothing serious. im going for another urine test soon at a place he told me to go to a proper place ment for that stuff like bladders and kidneys and urine n ****, but he told me thats just to have a more accurate reading incase, but its nothing serious. Still go get checked and if he says he doesnt know whats causing it ask for a back scan.jrodan

  • I'm experiencing this problem right now, I can't even tell if it hurts or just feels insanely good. I feel it while I'm standing too AND when I wake up in the morning. I'm going to continue searching for a solution.

  • My name is Roger and I have been having the same problems you guy's are for several years. It' started off a day or two at a time and then became consant. I'm so glad I found you guy's. I've been to several types of doctors without any real luck. Then I was dignosed with bipolar disorder! DUH! This stuff will drive you nuts. On top of that I have a very mild case of Cerbral Palsy, but that is pud suff compared to the other. They put me on medications that work for a while and then play out. I've even been taking female hormone shots but now they have quit working. Any way I hope together we can find a way to get some help. This stuff is unbearable for me! Good luck too us all, Rog.

  • A relative of mine had people stay at her house that I believe gave her scabies. She passed them on. The doctor never did see the bugs on us, but gave elomite and we had all the clothes, sheets, etc. washed in hot water. Scabies do tend to cause itching more at night. We got better after the treatment.

I am having these exact symptoms and i am only 17 so it doesnt seem like i should have a prostate problem. i am experiencing a feeling of almost constant tension in my ***** and down my left leg, just as the first post says. and that feeling of "retraction" describes it perfectly. i dont take any medicine and am not sexually active so its cant be an std. any help would be appreciated. the last week of these symptoms has been awful.

  • I am having the same feeling in the shaft of my penis - it's just a general discomfort that does (like mentioned above) make me feel like I need to orgasm. It began after Physical Therapy for a low back disc herniation. I believe it's the result of both the nerve impingement, inflammation and strained muscles/ ligaments. I hope it will go away, but it is a very odd sensation that *can* be distracting (and I also feel the urge to urinate even when there isn't much fluid in my bladder so I end up with a very weak stream). I've also been laying and sitting constantly this past ten days, which could further affect the innervation going into that area. I'm a 27 year old male with a history of back problems. Any advice about my post would be greatly appreciated!
