So I am spending time with someone who is interested in me but she is not ready to take it very far (which I respect). The problem that I am having is that the extent of our intimacy at the moment involves keeping most of our clothes on and lots of rubbing of different areas of our bodies. This seems to be enough for her as I can rub her clitoris through her jeans/pants/whatever and make her climax.

The problem for me is that her rubbing of my penis by rubbing up and down on the outside of my jeans is really not that satisfactory for me. If she's not rubbing with her hand then we will get in a missionary position and we will just grind on each other (clothes on). Initially, for a couple of minutes or so, this will be a satisfying experience, but after more than a couple of minutes the pressure/friction becomes dis-satsifying because it feels like I am going to burn my skin or get a blister from doing it (if I were to continue).

I haven't been able to climax or even keep an erection when she does it with her hands over my jeans. Is this normal for guys? It just feels like pressure/burning from too much friction. I just don't understand why I can make her climax while doing it to her but I don't even stay erect when she does it to me.

For women that I have been with sexually, I am able to get my erection back when we start having sex, but the whole rubbing on the outside of the clothes thing just doesn't do it for me. Does anyone else experience this, or should I be able to at least keep an erection while she is rubbing on the outside of my clothes?
