Reoccuring blisters

For the past 6 months I've had re-occurring blisters in my genital region. They tend to start out as red areas that look irritated then form into pimples which I pop, that then scab over.
I've looked up photos of STD's such as Herpes and HPV, yet feel like none of the pictures match up to what I am experiencing, (they look like extreme cases).
Also, on the underside of my penis head is a rough white bump that is hard to the touch, yet painless. At first I thought it was a genital wart. However, I've heard that genital warts tend to spread or grow worse when left untreated. I haven't been to a doctor yet to diagnose myself and the wart still looks the same as it did 5 months ago.
At this point I'm assuming that I have molluscum or some type of infection from shaving.
If anyone could help please reply!!!

*I've also attached a picture for further reference.*
