A patient came in the OPD presenting with papular rashes at the pubic region that he says they dissappear completely only to reappear after some weeks. He has had this condition for about three years. These papules cause a lot of itching, though the irritation goes beyond the testes to reach the anal region. Sometimes there is change in skin texture to dry scaly markings at the sides of the testes. When squeezed the papules produce pus and are sparsely disseminated throughout the pubic hair. The patient has got chronic history of athletes foot(if this may be important). Please help.
