ok so its been around 4 weeks since it all started out of and even a little before that i would get a little pain in my penis towards the end of when i ejaculate but one night i just notice a dull pain in my left testicle that i really didnt think much of and figured it would be gone in the morning well it was still there in the morning and the pain lasted for about 2 weeks right before i was going to go to the doctors it felt like it was getting better and was then pain free for about a week also ihave had lower back pains but i cant say if it has anything to do with my kidneys or anything because i do sit for extended periods of time anyways the pain has come back or better put discomfort and its been lingering for about another two weeks

and on occasion i feel like i have to pee but not alot comes out when i do and sometimes it burns when it comes (not unbearable but a little abnormal sting with a sort of difficulty getting a nice flow going)

any ideas guys im probably gonna have to wait 1 or 2 weeks to get to the docs if anything gets alot worse ill probably go to the ER or something but right now i can grind it out also it does seem to get better when im walking around and one more thing i dont know if its from examining my testes more but they seem to be more saggy then normal but then again i might just be concentrating more on them

any help guys?
