Hallo. This is actually my first time posting about something like this.

Anywho, just recently my penal area (since I feel odd saying the word penis all the time) has constant burning sensation. In the past this happened right after I got over a case of food poisoning, and that case didn't last too long.

Now, however, it's starting to become a problem. Recently, after I would finish masturbation, it would burn about several minutes after I had finished (not during masturbation). Today, the burning sensation WILL NOT go away.

Does anyone know what I can do at this point? I don't want to see a doctor because I really don't the money to pay one, and I want to know if anyone knows any natural cures for this.

Thanks in advance.

  • Here in ZA we get a brilliant homeopathic med by Dr A. Vogel of Switzerland called Bladder Irritation Formula. It contains Berberis vulgaris D3, Chimaphila umbellate D2, Helleboris niger D3, Lamium album D1, Lespedeza capitata D3, Pareira brava D2, Solidago virgaurea D1, Viola tricolour D3. Ask at alternative health shops. It works great for any such problems. Take the drops directly on the tongue, while there are no food tastes in the mouth.First thing every morning consider taking a urinary alkalinizer. We get a good one over here called Citro-Soda, containing sodium bicarbonate, tartaric acid, citric acid and sodium citrate. It's safe over the long term. Only beware, taking more than indicated can make one feel awful. Drink more water. If it still goes on, eliminate BREAD, caffeine, spices (especially curry), alcohol, chocolate, tomatoes, carbonated drinks, and highly acidic foods such as citrus. Eliminate ALL bread, including pizza, cakes etc, until you are well. Actually the problem is the way yeast reacts with other stuff, but even bread without yeast is a problem.Boost your immune system all you can. Add Vitamin-B12, Omega-3 (salmon oil) and of Vitamin-C 1000 mg (slow release). Also avoid heated oil (flavour cooked food with unheated extra virgin olive oil) and avoid processed foods (containing hydrogenated vegetable oil, additives etc). If supplementing already, be sure not to overdo it! Too much can have many bad results.

  • I have an update, but before I say it, I wan to thank you, Curly. o_O Unfortunately, I had no idea what you ment by urinary alkalinizer. Some of the ingredents of alkalinizer seem to be in Soda as well...The burning seems to be decreasing. It decreased ALOT after I drank some water (lemon flavored) and I urinated (yellow if the color of the urine matters.I also want to ask did you have this problem, Curly? If you did, what kind of foods did you use (nothing too techincal just common names seeing as I am not very familiar with scientific names of substances).

  • Not myself, but friends have it. Too much acid in the body causes many different problems: bladder infection, gout, rheumatism, arthritis, muscle pain etc. Alkali is the opposite of acid - the body should not be neutral, a bit more alkali is best. Infections like it when the body is acid. Not all acid foods make us acid, this depends on what happens when it digests. Apple cider vinegar is good for the condition, but the problem there is toxic mold on the apples. Usually if the acid condition starts, you can stop it by just eliminating bread for some days and drinking more water. Pasta is okay, but not made in USA, get it from Mexico or Italy (to avoid molds). The other things I wrote are only for more serious acid problems. Much depends on poison they add to the food, for example any small piece of Nestle chocolate puts me in bed for 2 days, but lots of expensive Lindt or Ferrero Rocher does no harm at all. Our local pure tinned tomato is bad for me, but imports from Divella or Spigadoro does no harm, and tastes a lot better. I told others and they find the same thing. How many people with crazy kids go on feeding them the same brands? How does a small child explain s/he has sinusitus? I really think there is evil behind it: the very big food companies creating problems that the pharma companies can get money for. So please we need to keep an eye on what we eat and what it does to us.

  • An acidic environment INVITES cancer!!! When the body is pH balanced or slightly more on the alkaline side (pH of 7. or higher), it tends to be more resistant to diseases including cancer. Meats, soda and many other things create an acidic environment. Also a high sugar body promotes yeast and other such imbalances.Simple baking soda and water (warm) after your last meal of the day helps to break down this acidic cycle and promotes better digestion and assimilation of nutrients and food. I have used this simple, inexpensive trick in the past when I start to get acid reflux, indigestion or heartburn and it seems to be beneficial. Tums and Rolaids help too, but contain alum which is not good to put in your body!!! Drink alot of water and keep your system flushed out. If this persists however, you should see a Dr. to be sure it's not a bacterial infection, STD, or something else!!! Sometimes bacteria can get caught up in the urethra and cause burning and pain. You may even be using a product (lotion or oil) that you are sensitive to, and that can get worse unless you stop using it. Hopefully it's something simple and will reslove easily for you;) Best in Health~~

  • Thanks for the advice guys. I am going to see a doctor A.S.A.P. I am also going to use the information you guys gave me to keep the acidity level down in my body. Are there other ways of reducing the level of acidity in your body? Again, I thank you guys for taking time answer my annoying problem. I still have this problem, and it's really starting to annoy the heck out of me; thus, I am going to see a doctor (>_< I drank gallons of water and tried to stray away from bread and stuff).

  • Bad news...The clinic that was supposed to help me won't accept me because I am a "new patient"; therefore, I have to wait for them to process my information. I've had this problem for 6 days now, and I have a feeling it IS a urinary tract infection. I also learned that it can spread to my kidneys or bladder. This is really annoying because I SERIOUSLY need to get treated for this. My mom gave me some Nitrofurantoin to stave off the effects of it, and it seems to lower the burning sensation in my peinal area. I don't feel perticularly comfortible doing it because you're not supposed to take more or less than a perscribed amount. What I really want to know is there anyway to, naturally, hinder the effects of UTI? I won't be able to see a doctor 'til next week. Thanks for all your responses so far, and I bookmarked the link you gave, Curly Stooge.

This homeopathic med helps very fast and has no bad effects. "Dr Vogel" is everywhere but you may not get exactly the same. However, the infection won't get to your kidneys before next week, it just feels terrible - I know. Homeopathics are better than antibiotics for this. The women in my family always got this infection, until we learned. They were never much helped by a doctor.

  • Yeah, I remember that post, Curly.I asked you what some of those ingredents were in that thing you told me.As for the health shop, we're having finicial troubles (I have no idea why). I might see what I can do, and see if I go there and ask about what you're talking about. I read that there are signs to know if you have the infection in your kidneys: you will have flak pain in the lower back parts (under your ribs), and you are supposed to get an illness. However, I have not gotten either (just lower back pain at this moment but not in the past). I really thank you Curly. You've given me alot of adivce, and I really appreciate it.

  • Lower back pain can be from the kidneys having trouble! Probably not "infected" yet, but time to do something. Please follow the diet plan, and ask at a pharmacy for the urinary alkalinizer, you can show them my contents. This is not expensive. Sorry I don't know what the med ingredients are, it is just to identify those that work. The pharmacy may have something else that will do the same. This illness feels worse than it is, but of course it must not go on for weeks. Usually after antibiotics it comes back - we must make diet changes, take an alkalinizer etc. Also try to drink quite a lot of white grape juice - it can be still or carbonated. Eat a big packet of jelly sweets, we get one called "enerjelly babies", containing gelatine. I'm serious, these things work, the doctor does not. But if his meds are free, ask him to prescribe more urinary alkalinizer. One last thing: light beer works. The best is from Germany or Chech&Slovakia, but expensive. Beer can really save you even when the kidneys are very bad - this is used in China. (Sorry for the chaos, no time now.) If you depend on others for money, they must not save on your kidneys now .. it will cost them much more later.

  • To find out if you have a known STD you need to be tested. Many others here have complained about UTI type problems with a milky discharge after urinating. This could be anything, Lyme disease, some other bacteria - I don't know .. Best is not to have unprotected sex while having such problems. Sex can transfer bugs at all times however, especially by mouth. My girl says, try some imagination - think of ways to have more fun with less risk. All want total freedom but there are so many thoughts they refuse to communicate or to even think, so mechanical and predictable. Explain the possible temporary risk, then dare your girl to be inventive together with you. And get well soon.:p

  • One time my ******g started hurting and wouldn't stop........ after 2 months of this I ended up in emergency surgery for ruptured diverticulitis........... not saying this is what you have but get checked out, and demand a CT of the abdomen as well, it's strange where abdominal pain can manifest itself.

  • The food poisoning could have been e coli and spread to your uninary tract. You need to stay on top of it or it can spread to other organs.

  • Yesterday I went to thedoctor and he said this is nothig serious. Its cause due to ifection in the testicles due to low hygine, plus, the doc told me to drinklots of water and avoid lemon or any acidic food. Don't worry bro, its nothing serious.
