  • I know that the white discharge is normal...it is called smegma which is produced by nearly all uncircumcised young men. You're supposed to wash it away once a day – and dry yourself afterwards. You say that you don't have any redness or soreness, so it doesn't sound as if you have anything to worry about. You are uncircumcised right???? Cause when a circumcision is done to tightly there may be a black line from the scar.do you have any redness or itching at all in that area?

  • Im very happy to come across your question, this has bugged me for a lot of years. The line you are talking about is something every man has. Some are not visible some are more visible. This is called the raphe line. It's where the penis and testis merge together in fetal stage. As it says on wikipedia:he perineal raphe extends from the anus, through the mid-line of the scrotum (scrotal raphe) and upwards through the posterior mid-line aspect of the penis (penile raphe). It is observed as a noticeable line.It is the result of a fetal developmental phenomenon whereby the scrotum (the developmental equivalent of the labia in females) and penis close toward the midline and fuse. The resulting ridge of tissue is evident as the perineal raphe. This has NOTHING do to do with your pain. You do need to consult a dokter about the pain. The smegma is normal as well, i do not know how old you are but during puberty this can be more then usual. It'll get less when you get older, still clean it every day. The small holes you are talking about are probably pores. Every piece of skin has them only they differ in size. Again, totally normal. Do consult a dokter about the pain.

So u mean to say the visibilty of the black line (i.e. Raphe line) is completely normal and it is due to mastuberation or having sex. I don't feel any sort of pain.
