Gastric lymphomas are considered to be the lymphomas with indolent course, that is to say with low malignant potential. Anyhow, the lymphoma is a "special" type of tumors that can arise everywere throughout human body. Gastric lymphomas are so-called of MALT (Mucosa associated lymphoid tissue) type, and always are associated with Helycobacter Pylori infection. The pelvic "metastases" are not typical for gastic lymphomas. It has to be something else.

That's what i'm thinking too...today, the patient will undergo a pet scan for a certain diagnosis. his doctor proposed that.i will inform you about the result.....I hope that it is something else...Thank you very much...your email is a relief...
