Maybe Lupus?

I was diagnosed with a platelet dysfunction 2 years ago and have been treated for spontaneous bleeds into my joints ever since. They happen every 4-6 weeks and often require platelet infusions and hospital stays of up to 3 weeks for pain relief and physio.
I went to another haematologist for a 2nd opinion and he is now looking into Systemic Lupus.
I have what he calls "Livedo Recticularis" (not sure on the spelling of that) all over my body that flares up when exposed to heat.
I often get severe pneumonia, pleurisy, gasto bugs, I get recurrent urinary infections and have oral thrush almost constantly.
I did test boarderline positive for Lupus 5 years ago and was treated at that time for a IgG defiency with Intragram, but only the one time.
I also have Pernicious Anaemia (B12 defiency) and have monthly injections for that.
What is the likelyhood of this being Lupus?
I've also heard that Lupus is sometimes treated with Chemotherapy?!
Any insight would be great.
