I'm a 33 year old white male I have been healthy all my life.

About six weeks ago at the same time I got mild occasional pains in my extremities (knuckles, knees, muscles in my forearm, calves).
I also got a smooth rash on my right cheekbone leading up to my nose (not the other side) this rash occasionally itches and
is very faded (Looks like I have rested my face on my hand.

The pains are never there when I am exerting myself mainly at rest and mainly in the evening some days I don;t notice them others it pings every hour or so. There is no redness or swelling and it never stops me doing anything.

I don't have any other lupus symptoms like fatigue, light sensitivity, fevers, etc.
Apart from the above symptoms I'm fine physically.

I do have depression and anxiety but it's mild and I have had it off and on since I was 10 and there is always a definite mental trigger.

There is no history of Lupus in my family but my brother does have Hughes disease (but not Lupus).

My GP said it couldn't be lupus as the rash didn't look like a typical lupus one but I'm unsure of what else this could be.
