I had a granduloma tumor removed in my ovary 8 years ago. I recently fell and had a ctscan done of my chest and it revealed 2 broken ribs and that I had granduloma lung disease and mild emphysema. I'm worried about the grandulma lung disease. Is it related to my granduloma tumor that was removed. By the way unfortunately the tumor was cancer. I'm scared that it may have come back elsewhere in my body. Is it related? Should I be concerned?
