Hello I am 23,female,almost pure anti-alcoholic,not taking medication and I have some problems going on for years now.
-hypoglycemic feelings although normal blood sugar levels, but fruits, sugar or bread make the symptoms better...
-panic attacks with nausea, tachycardia, brain and nerve problems (slight muscle tingling, thriving problems and feeling light-headed)
-chronic mild mental issues and sometimes short-during strange delusions and detioriation
-mild muscle twitches
-sometimes bad migraine headaches for two days
Usually these problems I have only sometimes and then they last for days, where I always stay at home preventing bad situations.
I am a moderate smoker and sometimes after a cigarette I get the problems too and I have to eat something then, to get them under controll
I also have developed a skin disorder (kind of urticaria on hands, arms and sometimes feet) which is luckily now almost inactive since September.
It is usually worse during summer and I think it could maybe be due to a sweating allergy or something else...
And I also developed mild skin pigmentation changes, luckily relativately mild until now.
Two weeks ago I developed some problems again, I often got nauseous feelings, nerve and mental problems, mild splenic and mild pelvic aches, changing frequent and infrequent urination, tachycardia and obstipation.
Then I got a kind of allergic rash on hands and arms and also sensitive skin on my feet and the whites of one of my eyes had a little pinkish patch in them, which I falsly thought was yellow at the beginning.
I was at the doctor and my liver and kidney levels are all okey, including bilirubine.
After some days my symptoms disappeared, only the rash lasted some days longer and the eye problem is the only problem I have until now.
When I rib my eye it gets very red and I think I also watch to much TV because I tried to wear sunglasses and they make the eye patch go better...
So I don`t know exactly if my eye problems (it doesn`t ache) is due to my liver or more due to spending too much time in front of the computer or TV...
I think it could be Gilberts syndrome, because this is quite common and also harmless and the bilirubine is not always heightened in this illness.
And before the symptoms I had a period of some weeks where I ate less than normal and during that time I had mild pelvic pains.
Should I do a genetic test for Gilbert syndrome or should I think of other liver diseases although normal levels too?
