I have extreme muscle cramps in my legs, back, abdomin, and base of ribs or under my ribs. I usually end up screaming at some point because the pain is so bad. I have read all of your posts and will talk to my doctor about some of these things. My dad, who died at age 39, from a heart attack had cramps really bad and my mom has the same kind of cramps that I do now. I'm trying to figure out the common thread b/c I have a heart condition too. My mom had a heart attack also at age 51. Thank you to everyone for posting on this site; I am at my wits end. I will share this info and web page with my doctor. Tomorrow I will be buying the Cal-Med--I already take Potassium. Does anyone know if a regimine of muscle relaxers help? My doc says I'm borderline diabetic, no history of cirrhosis (that we know of), don't have Hep. C, nor did my parents, and I smoke. I'm trying to figure out if the heart problems and muscle cramps go together at all. Thank you for this thread everyone as all I could find before was about leg cramps.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
