I am 40 female and have recently had my liver function tests come back a bit high. They are as follows:
GGT: 64
ALT: 66
AST: 44
My doctor didnt really give me any advise on how to lower it and didnt seem too concerned. Hwever I want to make sure I get this under control before it becomes a problem. I eat a healthy diet and drink in moderation. Do i need to worry? Any advise?
