chronic hepatitis b & kidney infection

:confused:hiya people! i've been a chronic hep b carrier for almost two years now and my urinanalysis test a fews days ago read hemoglobin +2 and i av been unrinating too frequently for awhile now. i have not been on any drug for hep b but vitamins A essential forte. meanwhile i read a recent Hong Kong University medical article that claimed hep b could cause kidney infections! am really scared and i need advive on what to do. :confused:
