I have done a blood test yesterday and it shows that:
Total Bilirubin = 1.2 mg/dl
Direct Bilirubin = 0.3
Indirect Bilirubin = 0.9
Phosphatase Alcaline = 92 U/L

I had a fat liver and I am using Kreon 10000(pancreatine) + Ursofalk 250mg (5 pills/day)

What shall I do to regulate the levels?. I have 28 years old, around 105 Kg, I was heavier and I am now dieting

I have taken for 2 days a herbal medicine that is a mix of Milk thistle+dandelion root+ yellow dock (SWANSON USA)

Kindly advise,
