Some time ago I was in a bad car accident, never went to doctor. I also sit alot as I am enrolled in an online college course. On occasion I get either shooting pain/tingling in my rear thigh area. It seems like it might be coming from my lower back or spine area, dont know for sure. Bed rest does not alleviate pain/tingling. Started last night and woke up with pain/tingling again.
