For about a few weeks I have been experiencing a tightness feeling in my upper thigh. mainly my right. As times gone on its gotten worse. It's really hard to sit still sometimes because it feels like I need to stretch it out. However, when I do stretch it out it becomes worse and the tightness lasts longer. Now this is an on and off thing. Sometimes I will feel fine and my legs will be alright, but eventually the pain seems to come around and it typically stays with me for mos the day. When Im sitting around at night thats when I feel it the most, right before I go to bed. Occasionally I will get a tingly feeling down part of my leg and sometimes reaching to my feet and toes. I do also feel this tightness in my upper left thigh. The spot where I feel it the most is midway up the thigh on the inner and outer side of the leg. I don't know if I should be concerned but its really bothering me and its uncomfortable. I thought you should know too that I strained my groin about a week or two ago and then actually a few days ago, I really did something bad to it. I pulled it real bad to the point I could barely walk for a few days because I didn't give it enough time to heal. For some reason I have had a little more tightness and weird tingly feelings down my legs, like into my calves and feet, than I did before i pulled my groin. I dont know if that relates to this but it seems to of made things worse. Please give me feedback :confused:Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
