I am 20years, female, and I have a painless lump on my right upper thigh as well as on the calf. The lump on my thigh is quite peculiar and visible, it is soft but painless. The lump on the calf is hard, as if it is a muscle. I am not active in any sports nor exercising, except for walking. However, my left foot is normal. I am really concern about this, and seek advice/opinions from those who has similar symptoms.
