I recently started running after about four months. One day I could run 5 miles, but the week after I couldn't even run 1/2 a mile because it was so painful. I have custom made orthodics, stretch before and after every run, and take pain relievers before I run. However after some time, I would have to take more and more just to get the same effects. Even before i would do any activity, my lower legs were very sensitive, (if somone touched them gently, a jolt of pain shoot up my lower leg). I want to stay off the pain relievers, but right now it is impossible. any suggestions??Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
