I am 20 years old, I have a L5-S1 disc herniation pushing into the left focal nerve root. My L5 could also be herniated or bulging as well.

Started a few days ago, nothing significant cause it from my memory. Just randomly get a sharp pain down front of left thigh, from hip to knee.
