I run at least a mile every day, I stretch a little bit before, and then afterwards. However, after I run and I sit down to stretch and touch my feet, I get a very sharp burning sensation in the left front section of my leg... It doesn't feel like a sore muscle or anything at all. Is it possible that this is a pinched nerve or something? If not what could it be, and if so, what can I do to "un-pinch" it?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
