After standing or walking for periods of time, the top of my legs go numb. As soon as I sit down and rest for a couple of minutes, it goes away.
I have had the Steriod shots in my back, they work for a couple of months then the symptoms come back again. I have had MRI's, exams by back doctors, etc.
They can't seem to find anything wrong.
They say it is just degenitive disk disease and tell me to do exercises for my back. Well, I have tried them and it does not help.
Any suggestions or comments are welcome.
