I've always had flat feet. So when I stand I put all my weight on my heals. Having flat feet has throught out the years always caused me arch pain, ankle and knee pain and muscle strain in my calves.I've recently gotten orthotics, which have helped to stop the leg pain, however I still put all my weight on my heals when I stand, so I still get heal pain. And A lot because when I work i stand up all day. How can I fix the way that i stnad so that the weight is spread evenly across my feet?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
