Hi out there, trying to find out if anyone may have a simular condition. My medical insurance stinks so I don't go to the Dr. unless it is really important. Anyway, both legs feel heavy and tight (like they are being held in a extremely tight grasp). At night one leg on top of the other is to painful so I sleep with a pillow between them. The symptoms are constant, not particularily worse at night. I have recently gotten alot of spider veins in the areas that are bothering me so I wonder if it just has to to with vericose veins (only have spider veins not the big hunkers). I exercise three times or more per week which doesn't help or hinder the situation. The symptoms are very uncomfortable so please help.
