im a 21 year old male.
for quite sometime i have been noticing that my lower legs were slightly curved outwards.
i was never bowlegged as a child, and never noticed this curve.
recently the bone in my lower leg(shin?) started to ache and im concerned that there might be a problem...
i understand that our legs are never fully ramrod straight but could it be that the weight of my upper body is causing excessive pressure on my legs such that it bends? i tend to be described as top heavy as i workout.
