hey, im 34, pretty fit, avarage weight. smoked for many years but not anymore. Drink too much beer, but other than that, good diet, healthy, never had a physical problem, never been to see a doctor. Why do I suddenly have surface trombosis. (whatsit called again? thrombophlebitis or something)
Throbbing pain in my legs and arms, shooting pain when i lay down. swollen and tender veins. Any ideas?

  • I have bad circulation for about 7 years now, but I recently noticed that a bulge came up on my left foot, could this be blood clot? anw should I do to prevent others.
