I have had aching joints in my knees and hips so bad that they wake me up at night and I have to change sleeping sides the pain is so bad. I cannot sit with my legs crossed on the ground or sit comfortably in other positions for long at all. This has been a problem that I have noticed since my last pregnancy (daughter now 9 months old). I thought it would go away after she was born but I still have the aching pain in my joints. I am only 31 years old and am active, work out and eat pretty healthy. I am looking for anyone with similar symptoms who have found something to help or can give me advise.
Thanks!
