Trouble bending knee forward and walking on it

Well I was just playing some basketball and all of a sudden after coming down from a rebound, I felt like I could barely walk on my left leg... my knee would not allow my leg to bend forwards. I can bend it back with ease but whenever I try to walk on it I cannot straighten it out to match my right leg... There is no pain, but immense pressure that will not allow me to straighten it out.

help please?
