Over the last 2 years I have had about 5 episodes where my knee suddenly hurts to bend. The pain is inside my knee just below the knee cap. also slightly tender on either side of the tendon, but no swelling. It feels like something is out of place and is very painful to bend. I can put wait on my knee with no problem. I went to the dr the 1st time it happened, after several days where I could not move it without severe pain. she couldn't find anything wrong. She told me to relax it and she bent it and it only hurt a little and I could bend it. she said keep moving it. I did and it slowly started to get better, then suddenly was completely better, in a second, it felt like something went back in place and it was fine, but the dr didn't see anything out of place. like I said it's happened several more times now lasting anywhere from 1 day to 5 days. coming suddenly and leaving suddenly. I try to keep moving it, slowly and carefully, despite the pain, and it seems to help it some. has anyone else had this or know what it might be?????????Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
