My right knee has been aching for sometime now. I started having this prob. when i had my first child. I had a very big stomach which put a lot of strain of my knees but the pain eventually disappeared. Since 2005, I started feeling the pain again but occassionally. This year, it's a constant pain and it's very uncomfortable. I've avoided all other exercises except for this turbo exercise now but i do it low impact the whole time to avoid any more strain on my knees but the pain doesn't seem to go away. Even when pressing the clutch which you have to do with the right knee causes even more pain. Now and then I put the hot water bottle on it and it kinds of relieves the pain for a short time but then the very next day it's the same story. Please am desperately looking for some help. I started exercising again to avoid being overweight as I thought that was one of the reasons why my knee was hurting so much...now I don't know what to think anymore. I've even stayed away from salty food incase my diet is contributing to the problem
Would appreciate your comments and any valid suggestions for help from out there that may be of some assistance to my problem.
