Hi everyone, I have so much pain in my right knee.I visited my doctor last week and he said it was fluid and gave me some tablets, but to be honest I get the side effects from them. Anyway my knee is still "puffed up" and very painful and stiff AND NOW I am starting to get pain in my groin round to my back.
I find it hard to get a postition with my leg to get releif from the pain.
ny ideas any one ?

  • Change your diet. Avoid Milk, wheat, high protein intakes, sugar, processed foods, fast food. Take a break from nightshades ( tomatoes, potatoes, eggplants, bell peppers) as they cause inflammation.Eat lots of leafy greens- detox with cabbage, lots of turmeric, cranberries, grapefruits. Anti inflammatory foods like cauliflower, onions, and yams.Take extra vitamin C and lots of water. You can't just wait around for a diagnose :pTake Care.
