I had a recent blow to my knee and have seen two doctors who stated that it it is a patellafemorral problem but I disagree. I have injured my knee 3 months ago and the pain is so bad I can barely walk. I has been swollen for 3 months and the pain is a shooting down my leg. The MRI did not state that I have a tear but I know that something is wrong. I cannot even put that much pressure on it and have to use crutches to get around. In addition, I have swelling behind the knee and a burning sensation. The PT states that it is a bakers cysts and she called the doctor to tell him and he had me come in but never looked at the back of my knee and stated that since nothing is shown torn on the MRI then there is nothing else that he can do. PT does not seem to be helping and I am getting so frustrated right now because of this constant pain. Can anyone give me any suggestions on what to do because this is unbearable?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
