I played basketball last night and noticed about half way through some pain trying to straighten my leg all the way out. It wasn't a very bad so I didn't think I needed to stop. So I kept playing.

After I was finished I got in my car, drove home and when I got out of the car I almost fell down because it hurt so bad to straighten my leg.

I went inside, showered and went to bed. I woke up this morning and could not even come close to straightening out my leg. From the research I have done it seems like this might be a meniscus issue. The pain comes from the outside part of my knee.

There was no particular time when I felt, "oh my gosh, I just blew out my knee!!" The paion just continued to come as time went on. Now I can't walk...

Any ideas???

  • Try going to an OS, if you haven't already. If you don't know one, then maybe just a trip to your GP will help. Something is better than nothing.painintheknee:D
